+ How do I book?

The best way to book is to use our Magical Self-Serve Booking System. It's available 24/7 and only takes 5 minutes to complete the process. Once you choose your date, time, character(s) and provide us some further details, you'll be taken to a page to pay a deposit and confirm the booking. You'll instantly receive a confirmation email with details about how to make the party the best ever! (Yes, it really IS that easy!) Alternatively, we suggest that you email us at bookings@bibbitybobbityprincessparties.com or text us at 647 948 9551 (Mon-Fri, 11am-7pm.)

+ Do the kids or grown-ups need to prepare anything?

We have designed our parties to make things easy as possible on you! All we need is a chair for the princess to sit on and enough room for the kids to gather in front of the princess. If the party is outdoors, please make sure the princess activities can take place in a dry, non-muddy area. We recommend a blanket or chairs for the kids to sit on if the party is outdoors or on a hard surface. We bring all of our supplies and activities. You get to sit back, relax and enjoy the show (and/or a cup of something yummy!)

+ What does the princess do?

The princess(es) will make sure that everyone is smiling, laughing and having a great time (even the grown-ups)! During our interactive performance, the character of your choice will tell an interactive story, sing songs, dance, play games, perform magic, make wishes on pixie dust, crown the birthday girl a real princess with a keepsake tiara and pose for photos. We can also sing happy birthday with the cake at the end! Just ask the performer when she arrives and she will make sure there is enough time.

+ What happens if it rains or will be below 10 degrees or above 30 degrees?

Although we are very magical, unfortunately, even Elsa struggles to control Canadian weather. We'll keep trying! :) Our performers cannot perform in the rain or in temperatures below 10 degrees celcius or above 30 degrees celcius (for health and safety). For this reason, we always reccomend having an indoor backup plan. If the weather does not look like it will cooperate for the party you've planned for outdoors, do not fear! If it rains, we can improvise in any indoor location or any covered, dry, non-muddy area. If the weather will be below 10 degrees or above 30 degreesWe can perform with the kids in any small indoor air-conditioned area. With 48 hours notice, we can also change your party to one of our virtual options. Cancellation policies can be found HERE.

+ What if the kids are shy?

There is no wrong way to react to a princess! Some kids are shy and quiet. Some kids are super excited and can't stop talking. Our princess are professional children's entertainers and childhood educators and will do our best to adapt and make sure everyone has fun and the birthday child feels very special!

+ Do you accommodate special requests?

If you would like for the character to mention something specific during the party, or wear a specific costume, simply put it into the form you fill out when you book. Our routine is tried and tested for more than a decade so we don't recommend deviating too far. However, if you would like the princess to do a special activity with the kids, please reach out to us, prior to booking, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note: While we do our best to accomodate special requests for cast members or costumes, we cannot always guarantee them. Emergency or illness may mean we need to provide a different performer or costume.
