+ How do I book?

The best way to book is to use our Magical Self-Serve Booking System. It's available 24/7 and only takes 5 minutes to complete the process. Once you choose your date, time, character(s) and provide us some further details, you'll be taken to a page to pay a deposit and confirm the booking. You'll instantly receive a confirmation email with details about how to make the party the best ever! (Yes, it really IS that easy!) Alternatively, we suggest that you text us at 647 948 9551. Our castle hours are Mon-Fri, 11am-7pm.

+ Do the kids or grown-ups need to prepare anything?

We have designed our meet and greet package to make things easy as possible on you! The performer will arrive and immediately begin to greet guests and offer to pose for photos and signs autographs. If the party is outdoors, please make sure the princess has a dry, non-muddy area. You get to sit back, relax and enjoy while the princess socializes with your guests.

+ What does the princess do?

The princess(es) will make sure that everyone is smiling, laughing and having a great time (even the grown-ups)! During our meet and greet package, the character of your choice will mix and mingle with guests, pose for photos, hand out colouring sheets and sign autographs. We can also sing happy birthday if appropriate. Just ask the performer when she arrives and she will make sure there is enough time. For an extra special bonus, you can add on an extra 15 minutes to your booking and your character of choice will provide a short performance. This is only recommended if you already have a stage and microphone set up as we do not provide this equipment.

+ What happens if it rains or will be below 10 degrees or above 30 degrees?

Although we are very magical, unfortunately, even Elsa struggles to control Canadian weather. We'll keep trying! :) Our performers cannot perform or mix and mingle in the rain or in temperatures below 10 degrees celcius or above 30 degrees celcius (for health and safety). For this reason, we always reccomend having an indoor backup plan or a covered area. If the weather does not look like it will cooperate for the event you've planned for outdoors, do not fear! If it rains, we can improvise in any indoor location or any covered, dry, non-muddy area. If the weather will be below 10 degrees or above 30 degrees, we can mix and mingle with guests in any small indoor air-conditioned area. With 48 hours notice, we can also change your event to one of our virtual options. Cancellation policies can be found HERE.

+ What if the kids are shy?

There is no wrong way to react to a princess! Some kids are shy and quiet. Some kids are super excited and can't stop talking. Our princess are professional children's entertainers and childhood educators and will do our best to adapt and make sure everyone has fun and the birthday child feels very special!

+ Do you accommodate special requests?

If you would like for the character to mention something specific during the event, or wear a specific costume, simply put it into the form you fill out when you book. Our routine is tried and tested for more than a decade so we don't recommend deviating too far. However, if you would like the princess to do a special activity with the kids, please reach out to us, prior to booking, and we will do our best to accommodate.
